Growing up in a military family, Kelly developed adaptability and interpersonal skills through frequent relocations every two to three years. After her father retired from the Army, she completed her high school education in Northern Virginia. In 2006, Kelly earned a B.S. in Biology with a minor in Psychology from Old Dominion University.
